Free from the Past

Hello everyone,

Yes I know I have not been blogging for awhile. Was REALLY busy with my exams and assignments!
It was hard but I know I've gained a lot from it.

Have been talking to a friend lately and discovered that we had similar experiences before we were reborn in Christ. It struck my heart again. As if I took a tour back to the old days where I can almost feel the grief stabbing my heart, strangling my neck and burdening my soul.

I remember the days where no love could satisfy me and nothing about me can satisfy myself. I was blinded with my sins and pride. Yes, self-abased IS prideful. But, the love of Cross set me free!

Anyways I'm free from my past now, it was just something that moulded me and made me who I am today. I am extremely grateful for them. His grace, His plans, His love, His truth-- how amazing they are! You are free from your sins and heartache as well, as long as you seek His face.

His kingdom awaits!

Patronising Update

Ah yea, another patronising update.
I would LOVE to post something else but I don't really have the time for it.

But but but! I do have something to blog in my mind. So please wait for it alright?

Well I am now pushing everything that I enjoy aside to force myself to focus on my assignments and exam.
I have TONS of assignments to complete within 2 weeks. #die#

I applied the Premack's law onto myself ._________.
I have a few projects to work on. But of course, everything gotta wait til' the semester ends.
Oh well, that kinda motivated me a little.

Hmm, and I found out one of my biggest fears-- calling people I don't know! This might not make sense to you but it is super dreading for me! I sure hope that I can just rely on email but I will get over it. ~~Since I have no other choice but to call the centres one by one to get approval for survey.~~

Need to get back to work. Hope I'll survive all the phone calls.

I met a few friends recently, typical Malaysian Chinese youngsters.

We chit-chatted and I popped a question: "What music do you guys listen to?"

Friends: Well, the usual.

Me: What exactly is the usual?

Friends: Duh, Lady Gaga, Eminem, Lee Hom,***** (some names I don't even know :-O) ....

Me: Cool... do you guys like country music?

Friends: What is country music?

Me: You know, Rodney Atkins, Garth Brooks. Just to name a few.
(friends gave blurred expressions)

Me: Taylor Swift. Ring a bell?

Friends: I know Taylor Swift. But what does she has to do with country music? 'Country' sounds so old-fashioned.

Me: .....

In my mind was like...
COUNTRY MUSIC IS SOOOOOOOO UNDERRATED IN MALAYSIA.

How can they not know a single thing about country music?!?

I'm not saying that pop songs and pop singers aren't good (although I don't like some of them) and all country songs are the best, but won't they ever get sick of crappy songs nowadays?

*Lazy to explain what is country music lah, just ask Mr.Google if you are interested.* : )

Why do I like country so much?
- I can sleep to it
- wonderful background music arrangements
- free-spirited
- always have that lively and positive vibe
- ~~Just because I hate crappy songs full of subliminal message~~s Effortlessly sung
- I have a thing for effortless and sort of "frank" qualities in country singers

The Chance

An experience I heard from a friend: She had a close mentor in her company that had been a guide and a guardian to her. They had many great, memorable moments together. Among all of her KL colleagues (she is a Sarawakian), she wanted to share gospel to this particular person the most. She even invited him/her ( I don't know her mentor >< ) to an evangelical meeting, hoping that he/she will get to know Jesus Christ. Unfortunately he/she rejected.

My friend told herself, there's always another chance. Maybe next time. She can always wait till another suitable functions and meetings. Better to wait rather than scaring him/her away right? Unfortunately there aren't as many chances as we thought. Her mentor passed away a few days ago.

My friend mentioned: "I don't have the chance to say 'Jesus loves you'..."

You and I might heard stories like this many times, or maybe not even once. What did this story tells you?
Ask yourself, ask deeply into your heart.

Think about your family, friends, colleagues, neighbours. Do we ALWAYS have the chance? The lost souls around us. Can they REALLY WAIT?

I hope this short testimony will help you to realize our mission on earth.

If you KNOW your mission, you WANT to fulfill it, but you have no PASSION,

Pray for it. Ask God for it.

Because you need it, just like I do.

Sorry for the previous emo post. :( I hate posting emo entries too.

最近有很多的属灵争战，也异常地软弱，请大家为我多多祷告哦...

福音营会要到了，上帝在动工，撒旦也在动工。很多迹象可以看到，恶者正紧咬着我们不放：搅扰大家的信心、挑战筹委们的合一、回教营地中的属灵争战...

但上帝必要在这一切软弱当中得胜。我如是坚信。

这就是以琳少团举办的福音营会 “穿洋越海不再一Young” !!!

以航海冒险故事为主轴带出营员真实的自己，并借此带领他们一步一步地认识救恩...

我们的主要target是一群边缘少年，要使他们敞开并不简单，而且营会还有很多很多事情要解决，因此要招兵买马！

其实是招代祷勇士啦 Prayer Warriors wanted!!!

I can't take it anymore!!!!!!!!!

It have been a long time since I last shed tears for stuffs like this. Anything she did is much better than mine isn't it? ISN'T IT?????
I knew it. Right from the start, I knew it.

I AM NEVER BETTER THAN HER. NEVER.

Even if we were doing the same thing...

It sure surprised me when I discovered how fragile I actually am. I never thought your lectures could hurt me like this. I felt so embarrassed to find myself crying over this. It was just typical grandmother lecturing and comparing her granddaughters on their homework isn't it? No big deal.

I now see... I never really successfully untie the knots. I never asked Jesus to heal this wound, I thought it is unnecessary.

I could never hate you. I truly love and respect you from the bottom of my heart.

Feel like I've been unconciously hurt by others a lot lately, but no, I have not given up. I never will.
Sorry for the emo post that is totally useless and unrelated to anyone. I just need a space to cry myself out.

不能再压抑了。靠着自己建筑的墙，再巩固也有倒塌的一天。

那么久以来都只是持着自己的意志力建起这道墙，现在这道墙有裂口了，大不大还不知道，只是担心有一天... 墙完全瓦解了怎么办？

若非耶和华建造房屋，建造的人就枉然劳力

那么简单的道理不是不知道，那么多年来也去努力学习，唯有这件事，怎么学也学不会。我也知道靠着意志力的事情，到最后是枉然劳力...

我竟然开始羡慕你，开始自怜了起来。羡慕你可以自由地表达你的感受；而我不可以。羡慕你可以光明正大地说出来；而我不可以。羡慕你可以让别人知道；我连这样的资格都没有。

还有好多好多的羡慕、奇怪的感觉... 我真的很害怕。

这种五味杂陈的感觉我真的真的很害怕，因为我真的很不想就这样陷入一个我最挣扎的情况

上帝啊，我的感受你最清楚、我的软弱你最明白。救救我...

So yea, I have not been blogging for a while. A long while.

I missed the feeling of blogging, too. It is like a toilet for my verbal diarrhea.

No, I have not lose my distinctively unusual humor and, yes, I'll try to fully exert my unique humor in my entries.

Reader discretion is advised, though.

I'm hunting for new blog name as well!

I've tried a few in the past, but it all failed miserably like my add math tests back in secondary school. I wonder whether it is a curse or something, a different name that does not involve my original name will never succeed.

I got myself a few names years ago-- Esther, Joleen, Lorriane, Haley... They never worked.

So I'm back to Yi Jun. Although some of my friends recognized me as Jun.

And I got my blog a few names as well-- ... well I couldn't remember but they weren't recognizable. ( so unrecognizable, I could not even remember them)

So I feel like sticking to a title that has my name in it.

The current one, "Oops! It is Jun" was kinda inspired by Evon (Thanks!)

Going to test it for a few months and see. At the meanwhile, please tell me if you have any suggestions! (If anyone ever read this post...)

A belated Christmas present for everyone of you that I treasure and love

The True Meaning of Christmas

It's that time of year again. December has come and with it all the joys of Christmas. But what is the real meaning of Christmas? Is it the gifts under the tree, the lights in the windows, the cards in the mail, turkey dinners with family and friends, snow in the yard, stockings hanging in the living room, and shouts of "Merry Christmas" to those who pass us in the streets? Is this really Christmas?

For many people, Christmas is a time of sorrow. They don't have the extra money to buy presents for their children, family, and friends. Many are saddened at Christmastime when they think of their loved ones who will not be able to come home for various reasons. Turkey dinners may be only a wish and not a reality for some.

Yet, Christmas can be a season of great joy. It is a time of God showing His great love for us. It can be a time of healing and renewed strength. You see, Christmas is when we celebrate the birth of the Christ child. God sent His Son, Jesus, into the world to be born. His birth brought great joy to the world. Shepherds, wise men, and angels all shared in the excitement of knowing about this great event. They knew this was no ordinary baby. The prophets had told of His coming hundreds of years before. The star stopped over Bethlehem just to mark the way for those who were looking for this special child.

Luke 2: 4-19 says:

"So Joseph also went up from the town of Nazareth in Galilee to Judea, to Bethlehem the town of David, because he belonged to the house and line of David. He went there to register with Mary, who was pledged to be married to him and was expecting a child. While they were there, the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn.
And there were shepherds living out in the fields nearby, keeping watch over their flocks at night. An angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified. But the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid. I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; he is Christ the Lord.
This will be a sign to you: You will find a baby wrapped in cloths and lying in a manger." Suddenly a great company of the heavenly host appeared with the angel, praising God and saying, "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace to men on whom his favor rests."

When the angels had left them and gone into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, "Let's go to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened, which the Lord has told us about." So they hurried off and found Mary and Joseph, and the baby, who was lying in the manger. When they had seen him, they spread the word concerning what had been told them about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them. But Mary treasured up all these things and pondered them in her heart."

Why did He come? Why did God send His son to this sometimes cruel and hard world? He sent Jesus to us so that one day, He would grow up to become a very important part of history. His story (history) is one of truth, love, and hope. It brought salvation to all of us. Without Jesus, we would all die in our sins.

Jesus was born so one day the price could be paid for the things we have done that are wrong. The Bible says that all have sinned. We are all born with a sin nature. We do things that do not please God. Through the sins of Adam and Eve, we have all inherited that sin nature. We need to have that removed. The only way is through Jesus. Jesus came so He could die on the cross for ALL of our sins. If we believe that Jesus died for our sins, we can ask Him to come into our hearts and forgive us. Then, we are clean and made whole. We can know that heaven is a place where we can go to when this life is over.

"But if we confess our sins to him, he is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from every wrong." I John 1:9

We can truly be happy at Christmas! No matter what may be happening, we can know that we are His children. We then become sons and daughters of God. Heaven will be our home one day.

Look at Christmas in a new way this year. This is the year to invite Jesus into your heart. You will then have a "Merry Christmas." The joy and peace you will receive will last all year as you look to God for all your needs to be met.

Jesus Is The Reason For The Season! Rejoice!

Tangled?!?

Holidays season = Movies season

Its undeniable! Dozen and dozen of movies showing lately. Good ones, cheap sounding ones, I-can-tell-its-bad-just-by-looking-at-the-name ones...

They are ALL here to celebrate the season of joy!!!!!.... Ok more like peeling our money from our skin.

Anyway a good movie is worth a 11 bucks I guess.

I was anticipating a few movies, i.e. Harry Potter VII, Narnia, The Social Network etc etc. I was really looking forward to watch HP7!! The reviews were good ;)

Since I had been quarantined for SPM for thaaaaaaaaaaat long, my mom 'approved' me to accompany my baby sis to watch Rapunzel A Tangled Tale. Not what I expected but ok lah just follow whatsoever.

IT TURNED OUT TO BE THE MOVIE THAT JUST MADE MY YEAR

I know I could never be let down bu Disney's productions but this is just SO SO great. My favourite Disney Princess movie so far.

And that's huge! I'm a super loyal fan of Disney, I think I DID watch over 70% of all of their productions (including cartoons, shorts and so)

Rapunzel is my favourite!!!!! AHHHHH~~~~~

Why I love this movie so much--

Reason 1: Rapunzel

She's so lively and realistic. I mean her personality lah, her look is so obviously cartoon-ish. Finally, a princess who isn't always dreaming about Prince Charming! She isn't entirely tough throughout the movie like Belle (Sleeping Beauty) or Jasmine (Aladdin).

She is definitely cute and hilarious and pretty!! Lol. Her blonde hair is just soooooooo amazing. I can't stop thinking that she HAS to be the spokesperson of Sunsilk = =

Reason 2: Flynn Rider/ Eugene Fitzherbert

He is the most handsome thief I've ever seen. Omgosh how I wish he was a real person. LOL. He's a little cunning and a little vain, but overall I would say he is funny and charming! Haha... Rapunzel is lucky~ And how he is willing to sacrifice for Rapunzel is so touching!

LOOKING FOR NEW PHONES!!!! aha aha yay yay~

Okay over excited. I am so going to splurge on a new phone with a higher budget ( for me). Yea it sounds a little unneeded but hey, but I can sure get myself some rewards after the super hectic SPM schedule no?

Um, yes, SPM is NOT over yet. Not to mention that the release of SPM results will be much further. But nothing wrong to think about it first, right?

Although my current phone, Nokia Xpress Music 5320, is fair enough for a normal gadget, but it is just too normal. What I mean is, it is not entertaining enough.

The 2 megapixel, rather poor camera quality is quite forgiving for me, since I don't take a lot of pictures, especially the camwhore-y ones, but a phone with better camera quality will definitely be a bonus.

The worst thing is: WIFI UNAVAILABLE. It only allows Maxis 3G and some other fancy gadgets' names. Well, none of them is free. I once went online with 3G and the bill is just jaw-dropping.

Like come on, what is a online-able phone is without WIFI available?!

It is not like its US or Japan here where you can online where ever you want. Unless with a broadband service with you.

Plus, no wifi --> no internet --> no downloads --> no fun games/apps --> BORING

Therefore, new phone~! (and I got this Nokia phone for free so I guess its ok to buy a new one)

I spotted a few phones, but I kinda set my eyes on Nokia N97. A great, High performance, trendy, handy and cool phone!!

I know it was released like a year ago but it was too cool to be forgotten.

I read some reviews online and the reviews were all kind of great, or satisfied.

It comes with a built in Qwerty keypad which really lights my eyes up! I've been searching for a phone with Qwerty keypad for a long time. I mean a good phone with Qwerty keypad.

It has another version which is N97 mini, but I prefer the original version, although it may be a little bulky.

It has this special feature: sliding-tilter

It means when the keypad is slided open, it tilts up with a nice angle which gives you a mini-laptop view and feel, which I think is GENIUS.

Furthermore, the hinge that does the slide titling thing, is very, very strong and solid. Nokia said that the phone passed vigorous performance and drop tests.

Well wear and tear issue is never a concern toward Nokia phones.

Even my current phone was tested by my accidental drops. The parts scattered apart for a few times but every time after fixing it back, IT WILL PERFORM LIKE NOTHING EVER HAPPENED.

Why don't you believe it?! Oh, ya, cos you're using Sony Ericson and .. its okay, your sony phone will just break apart and die if it drops anyways. xP

The truth is the only thing I'm interested in iPhone is its games and apps. There's a lot of fab games & apps to choose from.

Oh well, I'm still not a big big fan of Apple products. Some of them even seems unnecessary for me, i.e. iPad.

I got through something this week too. And yeah, it WAS hard.

There's just people who don't appreciate any single thing that occurs in their lives.

Not their goals, experiences, love, not even friends.

They hurt people who truly love them and care for them. They don't believe in true friendship, and love. Just because they have not discover it yet.

They think everyone in this whole world sucks. Of course, excludes him/ her.

FYI, the things that u cannot see do not mean that they don't exist.

Some would back stab you, or fabricate rumors in order to smear your reputation. For good.

Or maybe that particular person would die to kick you out of his/ her life. (and you were previously involved in his/ her life)

I've been through that and I can tell, I thank those. Well, life experiences mah.

Gosh, they sure changed a lot!

More and more beautiful/ handsome and smart.

I saw some of them became hot girls or guys, and weirdly MOST ( seriously most) of them study science stream.

Some achieved diploma in their music aspect (if I'm not mistaken)

Some became the head prefect of their schools

and some excel in their co-curricular activities.

I look back at myself.

I thank God for trusting me with jobs in this event, but I'm awfully shamed to say that I did not gave my best.

That was the day I saw my weakness, how I needed strength from above.

I prayed, prayed... and prayed

I prayed to confess. Prayed to ask for forgiveness. Prayed for Lord's answer.

And God answers prayers.

I was not the perfect man to do His job, yet He gave me chances.

He trusted me with more responsibilities and this time,

I feel Him telling me to treasure this chance, to make things right.

Its a make it or break it situation.

This particular time,

I'm determined to Take it, and Make it.

It is time for me to change from an irresponsible brat to a responsible adult, no?

His grace is definitely amazing.

He did not abandon me, like human do.

This is another man that she called him dad. Her stepfather. He first treated them nicely until he started drinking like a fish everyday. Jennifer and her mother lived a dog's life since then.

" Out of my mind? You mean I'm a crazy old dog? You'll pay for this, I swear!" The man yelled gruffly. He then threw a piece of furniture onto her. Her mother suddenly burst into a loud cry and rushed out the door, " I had enough of this! Ten years are more than enough! I'm leaving, I don't have a husband, I don't have a daughter, I'm leaving!!"

Jennifer was flabbergasted. She gazed at the opened door and the empty night. The only one who left for her to love had gone. The man did nothing but bawling. Jennifer burst into tears, all these years she had been enduring, ad she just couldn't take it anymore.

" What are you crying for you brat? You wanna leave with her? Go on! Get out of the house!" The man then got into her room and started throwing all her stuff out.

Fury was crawling all over her, she tried to ignore the anger but it was all in vain. An extreme rage gushed through her blood. She grabbed a broken piece of glass and ran into her room. Without second thoughts, she stabbed the glass as hard as she can into the man's throat.

10 seconds... 20 seconds... 40... one minute... 2 minutes.... She wasn't oblivious how long she had stood there, remaining this position. But for her, it was decades.

In that split second, her mind was blank. The next thing she realized was red fluid flushed down from his throat with a pungent smell, dyeing the floor tiles bloody red. Her old furniture were stained with red patches. The piece of glass stuck out of his flesh and the body lied stiffly on the floor, motionless.

Jennifer opened her eyes widely, as this would convince her that what she saw was true. Her legs shivered and she sat on the floor, feeling her heart throbbing beneath her chest. She took a deep, deep breathe in order to keep herself calm. And it was easier than she thought. She expected an enormous guilt and fear to conquer herself, but none of it does. In fact, she gave out a sigh of relief. " It's over now, its over."

She stood up and looked at the body with a cold gaze. "The police station is only about a mile from here, I'll just walk there...." she thought.

She left the room with a smile on her face.

anyway its a lil bit long winded and loooooooong so, bear with me ok?

I spent quite some time to do this. Please read on k?

Jennifer wandered down the street. The night was freezing, she can barely feel any part of her body, but she has no intentions of leaving. The pubs and restaurants along the street were packed with party animals, occupying their empty lives with alcohol and pills. Despite the deafening music and cheers from the crowd, Jennifer walked on soundlessly.

She arrived at the doorstep, closed her eyes and took a deep breathe before she steps into the small, miserable house. There was complete silence. She was surprised for a little while, until a man's voice came out from the kitchen again. "You call this cooking? I call this rubbish! Get it done or I'll chase you out of this house! ...." The scolding followed by a woman's sobbing.

Anger rushed through her veins and she got into her room as fast as she can. This was the only way to escape from all the nonsensical scenes. Everyday she came back from night school and hoped for a miracle, that her family will remain peaceful and loving. She tried everything she can to help, although it was hope against hope.

Jennifer sat in front of the mirror and starred at her own reflection. Her face was perfectly sculpted with beautiful features. Her skin always appeared pale, not even tinted with blush. Her pair of emerald green eyes were always still and calm, but with a hint of sorrow. She sat there for a long time. Glittering moonlight shattered onto her pale skin and she stayed still like a flawlessly carved statue. Jennifer started sinking into her own world while her fingers ran through her long chestnut locks. She looked deeply into her own eyes.

Those were the eyes that her father left for her. She shared the same eyes with him.

She then swirled into her deep memories. Her parents had her when they were very young. They thought they are going to live like a fairytale. A king, a queen, a castle and a little princess. Jennifer could not recall what had happen exactly. What made her parents split? No one ever told her the truth.

There was a morning that little Jennifer couldn't find her papa after waking up from a nightmare. She turned over the house to look for him, but no one she found. She cried for papa, begged her mother to look for him. All her mother did was kept quiet and turned back her head, or whispered at her ear, "Papa... would not be back. He has his own life now."

Her time spent with her papa did not last long, but wonderful memories filled her mind. She was always the precious princess when her father was around. Jennifer smiled. The memories was always the remedy towards her loneliness.

"Bang!" A blaring sound came from outside. She quickly ran out to see what happened. She stunned when she saw the scene. The old and tiny living room was trashed, her mother was sitting powerless on the floor, wiping her tears. There were bruises all over her body and slight cut at her forehead.

"Mom! What happened? Dad. what have you done? Were you out of your mind?!"

First thought:
Who on the earth thought of this dumb question?!?

So I listed down all the 26 alphabets ( in case you didn't know, it was A-Z) and started twisting my brain and think as many vocabs as I could then finally built up this sentence.

I had an exquisite tour in the zoo and witnessed a rare species of panda playing funny tricks on a very hairy baboon and a giraffe named Joey.

Wow it took me more than 15 mins to think of!!!!!

Penang, a beautiful (somehow) isle in Malaysia. Famous for its busy dock and amazing beach (I doubt this). Because of its multi-culture based community, the local delicacies is a must to try.

What I like about Penang,

Penang Bridge.
Why? Landmark mah!!!!

The Streets.
Why: I like the one and only "feel" over there, haha.

The food!!
wah, damn exciting when it comes to Penang hawker food!!!

Tuesday, Taylor's College came to our school to give a lecture about Learning Effectively but it turned out that the MI (Multiple Intelligence) test was the main attention for the whole session.

Weird dreams on and on

Lately I'm having like tons of pressure....
So I got sick again and again and again. And AGAIN.

Okay that's not the point.

I'm used to dreaming (like everyone does) but these few days I dreamed ALOT (I think it is caused by pressure. See? pressure can kill an elephant!!) and all of the dreams are way too weird so I decided to post an entry and let see anyone has some good explanations for it.

Dream #1

I was sitting in front a house, looking at the road outside a huge, black gate. Then some people (I couldn't remember who are they) passed by. Then guess what? V (Too paiseh to say who he is lah) fell down and injured badly. Though its just a little fall = ="

I then took him into the garden (I wonder why not the house leh) and gave him some help with my sucky PBSM skills.

After that I took my phone and went online to search for medical information (?!?)
Then I woke up

SWEAT much!!!!!

Dream #2

I was in church searching for my lost pendrive (I couldn't find my pendrive before bedtime that day) and I saved many important fellowship's info in it!!!!!!!!

So I panic and kan-cheong and totally freaked out!!! That's what I'll do in reality lah... ahem ahem.

After searching every single corner of the hall and my pendrive is still nowhere to be found, I sat on a chair helplessly + hopelessly.
Out of depression, I cried lol. (And again, that's the thing I'll do in reality)

Then everyone started to come out from nowhere. = =

Jacqueline came to comfort me. Sing, Eric, Shen and Jf was... together chit-chatting and totally neglected me lor! Then Ekin walked by... I dunno lar, I think he is only keh leh feh.

Ah, here comes the climax-- Ah Hao came to me and scolded me!!!!!!!!!! I can still remember what he said in the dream. (O_O)

"Cry cry cry!!! Cry what cry jek?! blah blah blah blah blah...."

LOL. I'm very fragile lah ok???
Or maybe I have Hao-phobia deep in my mind. xp

All of my pimples (actually its just a HUGE one, not that I didn't have it before this, I mean I always have acne problem but it tamed a lot but it still come out wor, that means stress what the freak I'm crapping now) popped out, my panda eyes just doubled (and I even scared myself while looking in the mirror sometimes), I couldn't concentrate neither on my daily activities nor my exams! (I wrote the worst english essay in my whole life!! till now la. I spelled marvelous as marvellous TT) Oh I'm so dead @@

Plus, I'm like keep crapping and mumbling and don't know what the heck I'm talking...``

So here's some tips for those who are facing the same but slightly lighter problem:

Get more sleep if possible. If not, make it possible.
Time management is crucial. So arrange your time wisely.
Search for a balancing point among all your tasks, be clear of what should be done first and what should be done after.
Exercise! To maintain a healthy body. Duh~
Take healthy food, try changing your junk food or tit bits to fruits and veges.

And here's some anti-stress tips for over-stressed people!!

Sing or scream like no one around to release all your stress!
Take a cold shower~
Dance like a chicken
Tickle your sister, or ask her to tickle you
Think back your happy or funny moments and laugh like an idiot
Walk around the room and tell this to people:" I Love You!!"
Squeeze your pimple out (not recommended )
Go online and watch Girls Generation's Gee. Then try dancing like them, you might find out your hidden talent or... you are just not good at dancing.
Texting!! Text like mad with your phone... if you have the ka-ching to do it.
Watch a tragic movie and cry as hard as possible. Then tell yourself that no way this ridiculous story is going to happen in reality.

That's all for today. Another lame entry I know. But I'm bored OK?!?

Movies night

Two things I did today, and both is related to movies:

First thing I did:- went Mid Valley to watch New Moon

The Twilight saga: New Moon,
the holiday blockbuster that everyone is raving about it.

And I totally regret for watching it.
To Twilighters/Twihards
Sorry if I hurt your feelings,
But for me its a total waste of time.

The whole movie is WAY too draggy!! With this hypnotic rhythm, its really a challenging task for me to sit on the chair for 2 hours ++ without falling asleep!

I didn't comment this movie as "horribly sucking movie" cuz there's at least some scenes that kept my eyelids opened. (for a few moments) Haha, which is the scene when the oh-so-gorgeous Jacob Black with short hair and those killing abs appeared. I have to admit, he's seriously the twilight hunk.

Whereas for the ex-twilight hunk (sort of, since he's not that hot anymore) Robbie Patty, whatever, he's not that noticeable anymore.

According to Robert, he hates to work out. In results, he'll be needing tons of photoshop and the help of makeup artists to achieve this "bak zham gai" abs.

Need not any descriptions I guess. Not to mention the healthy tan!

Second thing I did:- watched an animation film. But its quite old jor lo. =___=

Thanks to Charlene, I get to watch this spectacular show, "The Prince of Egypt". It's based on the Exodus from the Bible. Now that's inspiring! Compared to the movies that are showing in cinema now, its MUCH more better.

It pictured out the events in Exodus, with a lil changes though. It's really touching! Plus, the way it visualized the whole thing, its just... breathtaking. To some people, it might be just a boring, childish (just because its an animation film, teens seriously have to change their minds) film. But for me, its just fantastic. It really emphasized on God's love and wonders. With faith, miracles do happen.

Moses hold his faith to God so tightly, he managed to lead his people out of Egypt, where they suffered as slaves, just by himself with the faith to God. It gave me an opportunity to tell my little sister some of the bible stories. xp
