  1. The Chance

    An experience I heard from a friend: She had a close mentor in her company that had been a guide and a guardian to her. They had many great, memorable moments together. Among all of her KL colleagues (she is a Sarawakian), she wanted to share gospel to this particular person the most. She even invited him/her ( I don't know her mentor >< ) to an evangelical meeting, hoping that he/she will get to know Jesus Christ. Unfortunately he/she rejected.


    My friend told herself, there's always another chance. Maybe next time. She can always wait till another suitable functions and meetings. Better to wait rather than scaring him/her away right? Unfortunately there aren't as many chances as we thought. Her mentor passed away a few days ago.


    My friend mentioned: "I don't have the chance to say 'Jesus loves you'..."


    You and I might heard stories like this many times, or maybe not even once. What did this story tells you?
    Ask yourself, ask deeply into your  heart. 


    Think about your family, friends, colleagues, neighbours. Do we ALWAYS have the chance? The lost souls around us. Can they REALLY WAIT?




    I hope this short testimony will help you to realize our mission on earth. 
    If you KNOW your mission, you WANT to fulfill it, but you have no PASSION,

    Pray for it. Ask God for it.


    Because you need it, just like I do. 








    His kingdom is near....

  2. 24 hours, Unceasing Prayers

    Greetings everyone! 

    If you have been following my blog, you'll know that my youth fellowship, Elim Youth OKR, is organizing a gospel camp-- 穿洋越海 。不再一Young !!! Click HERE for more info.


    And as mentioned above, if you followed my blog (no? follow now! Hurry! There's a followers column at the right side so find it and click "join this site") you will know that we are looking for prayer warriors!

    Are you ready to join us in a 24 hrs prayer chain?

    Here is how it runs: 
    From 00:00 of Thursday (15 Sep '11) until 00:00 of Friday (16 Sep '11), choose an hour or two within this 24 hours to pray for our camp. You can split the praying hour too. If you can't pray straight for an hour, split it into  two half an hour praying sessions. We can't thank you enough. (Elim's member will be joining the praying chain too. Join now!)

    从这星期四（15 Sep '11）00:00至这星期五(16 Sep '11) 00:00, 加入以琳团契的祷告行列！在这24小时当中抽出1个或是2个小时来为我们的营会祷告。如果你不能连续一个小时内祷告，也可以将这一个小时的祷告时段分成两次（每次半小时）的祷告时段。可自由决定祷告时间。感激不尽~!   以琳的契友也会加入祷告行列。

    1. The whole running of camp, pray that God will be with us during the whole process

    2. Wisdom and unity for the committee members for our last preparations of the camp
      赐筹委有智慧和合一的心来为营会做最后准备

    3. Wisdom and health for Pastor Teo and Pastor Jenesis (our speakers)
      张传道和林传道（营会讲员）的智慧和健康
      .
    4. Growth and renewal of committee's members spiritual lives and relationship with God
      筹委们的灵命成长与更新以及和上帝的关系
      .
    5. Souls and salvation of the campers (troubled youths), may they find the true meaning of lives
      营员的灵魂和救恩（问题少年），愿他们找到生命的意义
      .
    6. Pray for the spiritual battles within the committee members, and declaration of Christ's victory on all spiritual battles against spiritual wickedness
      筹委的中的属灵争战，并宣告基督已经在一切的与邪恶的争战中得胜
      .
    7. Spiritual battles in the campsite (it is owned by Muslims), Nur Bukit Sepang, pray for protection of all campers from angels sent by God
      营地的属灵争战，地点为Nur Bukit Sepang（回教徒所属营地），求神差派天使天军保守营员免收搅扰
      .
    8. Good weathers
      良好的天气
      .
    9. Campers' safety (we have a few campers with health issues)
      营员的安全和健康（有数位营员有健康问题）
      .
    10. Committee members' health
      筹委的健康

    Our camp need prayers. YOUR prayers. Please pray for us, for the souls that need gospels, for God's kingdom. Thank you for your time to read this and pray.

    Sorry for the previous emo post.  :( I hate posting emo entries too.

    最近有很多的属灵争战，也异常地软弱，请大家为我多多祷告哦...

    福音营会要到了，上帝在动工，撒旦也在动工。很多迹象可以看到，恶者正紧咬着我们不放：搅扰大家的信心、挑战筹委们的合一、回教营地中的属灵争战...

    但上帝必要在这一切软弱当中得胜。我如是坚信。





    这就是以琳少团举办的福音营会 “穿洋越海  不再一Young” !!!
    以航海冒险故事为主轴带出营员真实的自己，并借此带领他们一步一步地认识救恩...

    我们的主要target是一群边缘少年，要使他们敞开并不简单，而且营会还有很多很多事情要解决，因此要招兵买马！


    其实是招代祷勇士啦 Prayer Warriors wanted!!!

    Met up with Jacqueline @ Sunway and surprised everyone with her unexpected arrival at fellowship! I have to say, their expressions are priceless. Ngehehehek. Again, people, don't be jealous just because Jiage didn't tell you that she will be back early ok?

    Btw, I changed my hairstyle again. Back to bob. Still have some "leftover curls" though. And I dyed it reddish brown with purple undertone! Love it :) But the purple pretty much faded to zero after a few washes. Sad.



    28 August

    Went to St. Andrew church and met Wei wen! DT people, don't be jealous. Oh, and met fellows from Yue Xiang Fellowship too. Gosh, miss you guys :(

  4. Today I'm Sad

    I can't take it anymore!!!!!!!!!

    Everything I do, it is just wrong for you. You don't know how hard it is!
    Try it yourself and you'll know how difficult it is!

    It have been a long time since I last shed tears for stuffs like this. Anything she did is much better than mine isn't it? ISN'T IT?????
    I knew it. Right from the start, I knew it.


    I AM NEVER BETTER THAN HER. NEVER.


    Even if we were doing the same thing...

    It sure surprised me when I discovered how fragile I actually am. I never thought your lectures could hurt me like this. I felt so embarrassed to find myself crying over this. It was just typical grandmother lecturing and comparing her granddaughters on their homework isn't it? No big deal.

    I now see... I never really successfully untie the knots. I never asked Jesus to heal this wound, I thought it is unnecessary.

    I could never hate you. I truly love and respect you from the bottom of my heart.

    Feel like I've been unconciously hurt by others a lot lately, but no, I have not given up. I never will.
    Sorry for the emo post that is totally useless and unrelated to anyone. I just need a space to cry myself out.

    but it seems like I can't stop my tears....





    Says it all.
