  1. Anti Stress Campaign?!?

    The only word that can describe my current situation will be --




    BUSY



    Arhhhhh~



    Haha, yeap! busy busy busy


    Preparing SPM, studies, homework, examinationS, fellowship work, and...

    Tuition, tuition, tuition


    die` D:


    All of my pimples (actually its just a HUGE one, not that I didn't have it before this, I mean I always have acne problem but it tamed a lot but it still come out wor, that means stress what the freak I'm crapping now) popped out, my panda eyes just doubled (and I even scared myself while looking in the mirror sometimes), I couldn't concentrate neither on my daily activities nor my exams! (I wrote the worst english essay in my whole life!! till now la. I spelled marvelous as marvellous TT) Oh I'm so dead @@

    Plus, I'm like keep crapping and mumbling and don't know what the heck I'm talking...``




    So here's some tips for those who are facing the same but slightly lighter problem:

    • Get more sleep if possible. If not, make it possible.
    • Time management is crucial. So arrange your time wisely.
    • Search for a balancing point among all your tasks, be clear of what should be done first and what should be done after.
    • Exercise! To maintain a healthy body. Duh~
    • Take healthy food, try changing your junk food or tit bits to fruits and veges.

    And here's some anti-stress tips for over-stressed people!!

    1. Sing or scream like no one around to release all your stress!

    2. Take a cold shower~

    3. Dance like a chicken

    4. Tickle your sister, or ask her to tickle you

    5. Think back your happy or funny moments and laugh like an idiot

    6. Walk around the room and tell this to people:" I Love You!!"

    7. Squeeze your pimple out (not recommended )

    8. Go online and watch Girls Generation's Gee. Then try dancing like them, you might find out your hidden talent or... you are just not good at dancing.

    9. Texting!! Text like mad with your phone... if you have the ka-ching to do it.

    10. Watch a tragic movie and cry as hard as possible. Then tell yourself that no way this ridiculous story is going to happen in reality.



    That's all for today. Another lame entry I know. But I'm bored OK?!?
